Job Description
Caldwell Communications is continuously seeking candidates for the position of Encoder / Call Center.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare standard reports to track workload, response time, and quality of input.
- Resolve telephone messages and deliver information to users.
- Inspect mail, fax, and email to provide client services.
- Operate computer systems to respond to consumer questions.
- Communicate with consumers via phone or writing to solve problems.
