Job Description
URGENT HIRING
Company: Tagline Group of Companies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, preferably CPA holder.
- 5-10 Years of experience in the same position is required.
- Experience working in a multinational company.
- Experience managing complex budgets.
- Experience in data analysis and budget management
- Excellent command of the English language (both verbal and written)
- Knowledge of Office Suite
- Strong Financial acumen
- Work Schedule: Should include at least 4 hours that coincide with US work hours.
General Duties:
1. Expense Reports:
- Go through receipts of US management team and organize accordingly.
- Create monthly expense reports to be submitted to CFO.
2. Dropbox Organization & Maintenance:
- Organize & clean up dropbox historical folders & current folders.
- File new documents as they come in.
3. Retrieve documents requested by the management team.
4. Help gather documents from consultants like our accounting & HR Team & file in our dropbox.
6. Receive messages that come in through the website and either forward to the appropriate person or respond with the pre-approved responses provided.
7. Update spreadsheets with contact information and potential required follow up.
8. Order printed materials including brochures, business cards, posters, etc.
9. Respond to comments on our social media based on pre-approved content.
10. Perform research as needed.
11. Other task as assigned by CFO or CEO

Salary: Php50,00.00 – Php80,00.00 per month
