Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Interacts with customers to answer inquiries and provide resources.
- Coordinates with dealers and departments for customer concerns.
- Troubleshoots customer issues according to guidelines.
- Performs dealer audits for compliance.
- Monitors dealer performance on issue management.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Communications, Business Management, or related field.
- 3 years of experience in customer relations; automotive experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Willing to work on-site in Binan, Laguna.
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: 10-hour shift, Monday to Friday
