Job Description
ASTI Business Services Inc. is looking for a Chat Support Representative. Responsibilities include handling customer interactions via calls, emails, chat, and social media. Candidates must have at least 6 months of customer service experience (fresh graduates welcome), strong communication skills in Tagalog and English, and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or GSuite. A device with an i3 processor, 8GB RAM, and Windows 10, along with a reliable internet connection (15 Mbps or higher), is required.
Job Type: Full-time – Pay: Php 17,00.00 – Php 18,00.00 per month
