Job Description
*Permanent Work-from-home/Full-time*
Smartual Philippines Enterprise Inc. is seeking experienced Customer Support Representatives with exceptional phone communication skills. This role involves handling calls from our existing clients, primarily elderly individuals or their family members, to schedule caregivers for their needs.
Responsibilities:
- Manage client schedules through phone calls.
- Redirect calls to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions.
Requirements:
- 2 years of customer support experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience in healthcare is desirable.
Pay: Php25,00.00/month
Schedule: Monday to Friday, Night shift
