Job Description
Position: Collections Support Department Head

Job Description: The primary objective is to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in analyzing collections and recoveries performance. The role includes overseeing all department systems, directing compliance with policies, and managing support functions, including vendor management.
Qualifications:
- 8 – 13 years of experience in collections data; 3 years in management.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office; IT and programming skills are a plus.
- Experience with automated collection systems and predictive dialers.
- Understanding of credit card business and performance metrics.
Work Setup: 100% onsite; Metropark, Pasay City
