Job Description
- Monthly review, analysis, and reporting on costs related to Group projects
- Issue monthly intercompany billing to related parties for the projects costs as per agreed internal methodology and format
Maintain detailed supporting for the intercompany billings on projects and ensure adherence to transfer pricing regulations and Group company’s policies
- Ensure any changes to labor and other related costs are reflected in the monthly analysis and related intercompany invoicing timely
- Respond to any queries on costing and invoicing
- Analyze labor costs, variable contributions, and margin results of the actual performance compared to the budget/forecast plans including intercompany income, cash flow, and expenditure.
Support operational efficiency and cost control by providing timely and accurate insight through financial analysis and highlight any deviations
- Ensure budgets and forecasts for all relevant projects are prepared timely and accurately
- Identify areas for process improvements leading to increased transparency and efficiencies
- Assist with audit queries and ad hoc projects
- Assist with any system changes as required
