Job Description
Software Ventures International is seeking a Regular Desktop Management Support (DMS) Personnel to provide technical assistance to clients on various hardware and software applications.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Configuration and maintenance of office desktops and devices.
- Implementation of system upgrades and patches.
- Resolution of software issues for company projects.
- Monitoring system configurations for functionality.
- Documentation of support requests and maintenance tasks.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Willing to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig City.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18,00.00 – Php20,00.00 per month
Schedule: 8 hour shift, Monday to Friday.
