Job Description
KEAN SOLID BLOCKS & AGGREGATES INDUSTRIES CORP. is seeking a qualified HR & Admin Head. The ideal candidate must have:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Preferred background as an Assistant Manager/Manager in Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive positive organizational culture.
- Shape HR transformation and people development.
- Oversee HR services including employee relations, recruitment, and talent development.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Php18,00.00 – Php20,00.00/month
