Job Description
Position Purpose: The Project/Site Architect is responsible for analyzing and inspecting data related to architectural designs and ensuring compliance with design specifications.
Essential Duties:
- Analyze building codes and technical documents.
- Operate computer-aided drafting equipment.
- Compile data and visit job sites.
- Coordinate structural, electrical, and mechanical designs.
- Supervise construction project workers.
- Ensure compliance with design specifications.
- Provide site supervision for all architectural works.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and licensed architect with 2+ years of experience required.
*This is an urgent position. Must be willing to start ASAP and be assigned to Lanang, Davao.
