Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and creative Research & Development Chef to join our team. As a Research & Development Chef, your role will be to create and improve innovative recipes and products for our company.
You will work closely with our culinary team to develop new menu items and improve existing ones. Your responsibilities will include conducting extensive research, analyzing market trends, and staying up-to-date with industry advancements.
In this position, you will also collaborate with suppliers to source high-quality ingredients and experiment with different cooking techniques to optimize flavors and textures.
Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring that our recipes align with our brand’s standards and maintaining consistent quality across all our locations.
