- Experience in developing and delivering training.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and project management.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement training programs for new hires and current employees.
- Identify training needs and create customized plans.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness.
