Job Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greets customers promptly and provides professional service.
- Conducts vehicle inspections and prepares repair orders.
- Utilizes computer systems for customer service history and appointment scheduling.
- Resolves customer inquiries and suggests additional services.
- Communicates technical information and work status to customers.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
- Passionate about customer interaction and the auto industry.
- Graduate in Mechanical Engineering or Automotive Technology.
- Excellent communication and detail-oriented.
