Job Description
FORX is seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruiter to join our team in a hybrid work environment. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field and have proven experience in recruitment, preferably within an agency setting.
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate assessment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient with recruitment software and ATS.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
