Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for sales growth, business analysis, and account management.
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing leadership.
- Support business development and partnership opportunities.
- Lead team to maintain store presentation and profitability.
- Communicate product needs and service improvements.
- Provide regular data-based reports to management.
Qualifications/Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent.
- Managerial experience in operations, marketing, and sales preferred.
- 3-5 years experience in a similar role.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Schedule: Monday to Friday, Rotational Shift
