Job Description
The Property Specialist will be responsible for managing and marketing Alveo Land’s real estate portfolio (condo, residential lots, office, and commercial lots) in the Philippines.
Responsibilities:
- Develop marketing strategies to attract potential buyers.
- Negotiate deals and conduct site visits.
- Advise clients on market conditions and investment potential.
- Meet required sales quota every quarter.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any 2-year or 4-year course.
- Experience in real estate is an advantage, but not required.
- Preferably with a sales background.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Php15,00.00 – Php20,00.00 per month
