Job Description
About the role
As a Service Coordinator at Bayfield Equipment Corporation (affiliate of Kilton Motor Corporation), you will ensure the smooth operation of our service department in Carmona Cavite.
What you’ll be doing:
- Communicate with customers to assess their service needs.
- Coordinate service engineers and technicians for efficient task completion.
- Update customers on service job progress.
- Maintain records of service activities.
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical).
- Licensed Engineer.
- 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience.
- Strong communication skills.
