Job Description
Alveo Land Corp. is seeking a dedicated Property Specialist to manage and market our real estate portfolio in the Philippines, including condos, residential lots, and commercial properties.
Responsibilities:
- Develop marketing strategies to attract potential buyers.
- Negotiate deals and facilitate document completions.
- Advise clients on market conditions and investment potential.
- Meet quarterly sales quotas.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any 2-year or 4-year course.
- Experience in real estate is a plus but not required.
- Sales background preferred (insurance, retail, etc).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php15,00.00 – Php20,00.00 per month
