Job Description
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Making outbound calls to potential customers and pitching general insurance products.
- Understanding customer requirements and suggesting relevant products.
- Closing sales and guiding customers through the purchasing process.
- Maintaining records of customer interactions and ensuring follow-ups.
- Meeting or exceeding sales targets set by the organization.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Graduate of any 4-year degree.
- 1 year of experience in telemarketing or a similar sales role.
- Proficient in English and basic computer skills.
- Aggressive in making outbound calls.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
Work Schedule: 8-hour Day shift
