Job Description
Qualifications:
- College level/Senior High
- With excellent customer service, communication, and negotiation skills
- Driven, motivated, and fast learner
- Can work with less supervision
- Willing to work in shifts
Job Description:
- Show courtesy to all incoming and outgoing customers
- Handle customer inquiries including phone inquiries and direct them to the appropriate party
- Receive and process all payments according to standard procedures
- Examine products being purchased for damages and price accuracy before releasing them to the customer
- Handle cash, credit, or debit transactions between customers and the retail store
- Answer routine billing questions/issues from customers
- Assist in the opening and closing of a retail location, including cash handling and deposits
- Train and supervise new cashiers
- Assist in the maintenance of store front and retail displays
- Submit Daily Sales Reports daily and other necessary reports as required
- Communicate with the management team regarding customer requests or concerns
- Assume the responsibilities of the OIC in case of OIC’s absence
- Perform other functions deemed necessary by management
- Telco experience is an advantage
- For SM Megamall assignment

Salary: Php15,00.00 – Php16,00.00 per month
