Job Description
Job Description Summary:
Telco account handling Directory Assistance inquiries from Australian customers. Under the supervision of a Circle Leader, agents will understand customer requests and effectively navigate tools to provide the required information.
Hiring Profile:
Educational Attainment: At least a High School Graduate
Desired Years of Experience: No experience required.
Minimum Requirements:
- At least a high school graduate or equivalent
- Above-average English communication skills
- Willingness to work onsite in Eastwood
- Availability for shifting schedules, holidays, and weekends
Preferred Requirements:
- Windows-based PC skills
- Active listening skills
- Customer service experience
- Enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
