Job Description
A. Deliver on Sales Targets
- Conduct daily sales activities to meet the company’s goals.
- Oversee daily activities of sales agents.
- Set and monitor sales targets for the team.
- Develop itineraries for client visits.
- Address team issues and escalate as needed.
- Ensure operations adhere to company standards.
- Implement marketing campaigns to boost sales.
B. Develop a Highly Productive Sales Team
- Manage hiring and performance of sales agents.
- Ensure agents have necessary tools and training.
Qualifications: At least 2 years of related experience in Lending, Banking, or Sales.
