Job Description
- Receive job cards from service reception and assign qualified technicians for the jobs.
- Monitor accurate timing of technicians for corresponding jobs.
- Review workshop workload to optimize work bays and minimize technician waiting time.
- Ensure daily workload is completed efficiently with good communication across all parties.
- Prepare Daily Hour Sold report for workshop personnel.
- Oversee Final Control Process, including road tests and final car wash for completed vehicles.
- Liaise extensively with the service department to maintain dealership standards.
- Notify Service Advisors upon completion of vehicle repairs.
- Identify warranty items and ensure parts are replaced, labeled, and properly documented.
