Job Description
Job Objective:
Responsible for the timely and accurate processing of documents for collateralized loans with different government offices.
Job Summary:
- Verify authenticity of collateral documents.
- Follow standard operating procedures for submissions.
- Process payment for documentary stamps.
- Prepare monthly reports of verified and mortgaged accounts.
- Maintain confidentiality of documents.
- Perform related functions as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- At least College level (2nd year).
- Fit for work, good interpersonal skills.
- Resourceful, organized, with integrity.
- No work experience required; prefer licensed motorcycle.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php13,500.00 – Php14,00.00 per month
