Job Description
Qualifications:
- A graduate of BS IT, Computer Science, or related courses.
- 3 months to 1 year of experience in Information Tech tasks.
- Familiarity with VICI and Lead Management in the BPO Industry.
- Ability to resolve IT support requests.
- Answer employee inquiries about computer systems.
- Analyze data to diagnose system problems.
- Install and update software and hardware drivers.
- Willing to work onsite with a flexible schedule (night shifts preferred).
- A team player with no health issues.
