Job Description
CALLMAX SOLUTIONS INC. is seeking a dedicated Car On Call Coordinator / Dispatcher to manage taxi dispatch operations in New York City. The successful candidate will:
- Coordinate taxi dispatch by receiving customer requests and assigning drivers efficiently.
- Communicate clearly while adhering to company policies.
- Utilize dispatch software and GPS tracking systems effectively.
- Know the geography of New York City and taxi regulations (preferred).
- Have previous experience as a Taxi Dispatcher.
- Demonstrate strong multitasking abilities and perform well under pressure.
