Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Mortgage Loan Shipper to join Wholesale Mortgage Bankers. This is a permanent Work From Home position for fresh graduates only.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and package closed loan files for shipment to investors.
- Review documentation for completeness and resolve any issues.
- Communicate with investors and manage timelines for loan shipping.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field preferred.
- 1 year of experience in mortgage products and pricing preferred.
Pay: From Php23,00.00 per month
Schedule: Evening/Night shift, Monday to Friday
