Job Description
Work Setup: 100% onsite
Location: 19th Floor, CyberOne, Eastwood Ave, Bagumbayan, Quezon City, 1800 Metro Manila
Shift: Graveyard/Nightshift (EST)
Job Summary: Responsible for processing fax and email documents, entering new patient information, and answering inbound calls.
Duties:
- Accurately obtain and enter new patient data.
- Scan and assign documents into electronic medical records.
- Assist with inbound calls.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of medical office experience (US Healthcare).
- Proficient in MS Office, EMR, and payroll software.
- Familiar with HIPAA guidelines and attention to detail.
Pay: Php35,00.00 – Php45,00.00/month
