Job Description
Job Overview:
1. Handle daily queries via phone calls, text messages, and emails.
2. Assist the Sales Manager.
3. Coordinate scheduling with clients and sales team members.
4. Coordinate shipping and delivery.
5. Handle customer inquiries and issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Customer-service oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php 16,770.00 per month
Experience: 1 year in Sales (Preferred)
