JOB DESCRIPTION
- Achieve Sales Targets and drive revenue growth.
- Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities.
- Motivate and develop the sales team for high performance.
- Provide strategic guidance to finance and logistics teams.
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 5 years of solid sales management experience.
- Experience in sectors such as Food and Beverage, Pharma, etc.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to lead and execute business plans effectively.
