Job Description
As an eCommerce Content Manager, you will be responsible for creating and managing engaging content for our online store. Your main role will be to ensure that our product descriptions, blog posts, and other website content are informative, persuasive, and appealing to our target audience. You will work closely with our marketing team to develop content strategies that align with our brand image and business objectives. This will involve conducting keyword research, optimizing content for SEO, and managing a content calendar to ensure timely delivery of high-quality content.
Additionally, you will be responsible for analyzing user engagement and conversion rates to identify areas for improvement and implement content optimization strategies. You will also liaise with our product team to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is provided for all products.
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong understanding of eCommerce best practices, excellent writing and editing skills, and a keen eye for detail. Experience with CMS platforms and basic knowledge of HTML is preferred, but not mandatory.
