Job Description
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Receive claims from walk-in customers at the service counter.
- Conduct initial product checklist and log the case into the system.
- Coordinate with courier/freight forwarder for timely pickup of goods from the warehouse.
- Perform other duties as needed.
JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Fresh Graduates are welcome.
- Knowledgeable in MS Excel.
- Good interpersonal relationship skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Willing to start ASAP.
- Willing to work in Paco Manila.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php 16,00.00 – Php 16,500.00 per month
