Job Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise brand promoters both administratively and operationally.
- Coordinate closely with HRD for manpower needs.
- Conduct orientation for new hires.
- Brief and communicate company rules to brand promoters.
- Ensure 80% deployment of headcount efficiently.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- College-level education or graduate.
- Minimum 1 year as an Account Coordinator supervising brand promoters.
- Capable of working under pressure with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to engage in fieldwork and proficient in MS Excel.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
