Profile: FinRa Trainer Team Leader
Qualifications:
- Required FinRa License Series 6 and 26
- Preferred Series 7 and 24
- Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field
- Skills in Team Management, People Management, Customer Service, and Client Management
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Team Leader/Trainer
- Experience in Life Insurance, Annuities, or Retirement/401K
- Outstanding customer service and technical support skills
- Ability to conduct root-cause analysis and quality management
- Effective conflict management and communication skills
- Willing to work onsite in Taguig City, mid shift and weekends if necessary
