Job Description
BPO Caldwell Careers Hub is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Chat Support Representatives.
Job Responsibilities:
- Follow standard operations and procedures.
- Resolve customer inquiries with one-call resolution.
- Perform basic troubleshooting.
Qualifications:
- With or without BPO Experience.
- High School Graduate / ALS Graduate.
- Excellent communication skills.
