Job Description
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in bread & pastry or related field
- Certificates in bread & pastry production
- Experience in handling, coaching, and training staff
- At least 2 years in the Food & Beverage industry
- Proven ability in managing production and baking operations
- Ability to create weekly and monthly production reports
- Good communication skills (written and oral)
- Able to work under pressure, multi-task, and solve problems
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php16,00.00 – Php20,00.00 per month
Benefits: Paid training
Schedule: 10-hour shift, Flextime, Holidays
Supplemental Pay: 13th month salary
