Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Key Account Specialist to join our team at EQUALYNX NETWORK CO. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Processing and recording accurate and detailed customer data
- Managing and maintaining customer accounts
- Gathering customer requests and requirements
- Assisting Key Account Manager in planning effective sales strategies
- Analyzing customer documents and resolving queries
- Preparing and presenting data analysis reports
- Building and maintaining long-term customer relations
- Coordinating with team members to ensure timely delivery of products and services
