Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Director, Delivery to join our dynamic team. As the Director, Delivery, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery and execution of projects within our organization. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, provide leadership and guidance, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of project managers and delivery personnel
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources
- Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful project delivery
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Provide strategic direction to ensure alignment with business goals
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Director, Delivery or similar role
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
