Job Description
One-day hiring process. Earn up to 25k monthly! We are mass hiring for Call Center Agents in our Metro sites.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with understanding their bills and charges.
- Process payments, refunds, and adjustments as per company policies.
- Help customers set up payment plans when necessary.
- Prepare and submit reports on billing activities.
