Job Description
1. Assists in daily operation of the Legal/Claims Department which includes but is not limited to:
- Assists in the monitoring of the progress of the cases by:
- Logging all phone calls related to a case and filing such a log within the case files.
- Checking the email transmissions, printing, and filing, as well as writing updates to the memorandum with the pertinent case or claim folder.
- Notifies the Department Head and Claims Officer of such updates, especially when a decision is required concerning any matter under the Department’s responsibility.
- Assists in the weekly update of the summary of cases and claims.
- Coordinates between the Department Head and the Claims Officer.
- Shall take over the functions of the Claims Officer in the absence of the former.
- Shall attend to hearings, settlements, and other errands if required.
2. Assists in coordination with other department’s respective Claims Representative.
3. Assists in the creation, monitoring, and maintenance of files; monitors and requests office supplies; and includes maintenance of equipment and other consumables.
4. Does other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Department Head of Legal and Claims Department.

Salary: Php20,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
