- Assist customers with hotel bookings over the phone and email.
- Resolve inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings and transactions.
Needed Qualifications:
- High School Graduate (Old curriculum) / ALS Graduate.
- 1 year of customer service experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
