Job Description
East West Banking Corporation is seeking a Systems and Methods Officer (Policy & Process Development) to support policy development across our priority areas.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assessing the impact of new or revised policies and procedures.
- Creating policy updates based on regulations and audit findings.
- Evaluating the effectiveness of current policies and initiating enhancements.
- Acting as the liaison for policy reviews.
- Leading discussions on proposed policy changes.
- Monitoring compliance with SOG advisories.
- Identifying manual processes for automation.
- Ensuring policies are updated and archived appropriately.
