Job Description
Caldwell Communications is continuously seeking candidates to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone and written correspondence.
- Resolve customer issues on the first contact when possible.
- Match customers’ demands to our products and services.
- Utilize influencing skills to handle objections.
- Share vital information with internal and external clients.
