Job Description
Job Summary: Primarily responsible for administrative tasks such as recruiting, onboarding, training, and benefit administration while ensuring a balance between the needs of the employer and employees.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management.
Work Experience: Previous work experience is not required, but formal orientation is essential.
Skills: Excellent communication, analytical, planning skills, MS Office literate, adaptable.
Job Type: Full-time / Pay: From Php 13,290.00/month.
Schedule: 8-hour day shift.
