Job Description
Sapient BPO Solutions in QC Cubao is urgently hiring dedicated Chat Support Agents. Enjoy a monthly pay of up to Php 25,00!
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide information.
- Resolve complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma; BPO experience preferred.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
