Job Description
Job Summary and Purpose: This role maintains high Customer Satisfaction and Retention levels. The CR Staff will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring all Voice of Customers (VOCs) to enhance Dealer Operations for growth.
Qualifications: Graduate of any 4-year course with at least 1 year of Customer Service experience preferred. Skills required: Proficient in Microsoft Office; excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
Location: Davao City | Pay: From Php12,00.00/month
Benefits: Promotion, 13th-month salary, performance bonus.
