Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Answer courteously inbound calls.
- Respond to customer inquiries.
- Provide personalized customer service and manage customer databases.
- Build customer loyalty through follow-up calls and provide lasting solutions.
Requirements:
- At least 18 years old, Filipino citizen.
- Excellent communication and web navigation skills.
- Energetic, empathetic, and able to multi-task.
- Able to understand customer needs; willing to work onsite.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php20,00 – Php33,00 per month
