Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be the main point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and resolving any inquiries or issues they may have.
Key responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls and emails from customers professionally and promptly
- Assist customers with product information, order status, and general inquiries
- Resolve customer complaints or issues with empathy and patience
- Document and update customer records accurately
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities

- Prior customer service experience preferred
