Job Description
Primary Purpose of Job:
Responsible for leading and handling a group of production line operators to ensure that the lines achieve daily production targets with speed and quality. Ensures safety in operations and in assigned workstations. Ensure operators follow strictly the set standard processes to achieve high-level performance. Lead improvement projects on the lines, and conduct developmental trainings to new and current operators.
Knowledge and Skill requirements:
- At least high school graduate or vocational course.
- Minimum of 2-3 years progressive experience in production operation in the Electronics company.
- Experienced in tools/accessories processing.
- Experienced in handling/leading a group of operators is an advantage.
- Effective written and oral communication skills.
Work requires willingness to work on a flexible schedule.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php15,00.00 – Php15,500.00 per month
