Job Description
PGD Beverage Supplies and Training is a supplier of milk tea, coffee, and beverage supplies and equipment. We are looking for a Custodian to join our growing team.
Job Title: Custodian
The custodian is responsible for the daily management, organization, and maintenance of the company’s inventory stocks. They oversee the accuracy of the count and the condition of stocks. They will assist the inventory manager in crafting inventory reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Daily management and maintenance of stock rooms
- Keep a daily recording of the stock count
- Report items needed for purchasing
- Implement proper procedures for stock rotation
- Coordination with purchasing and sales for stock replenishment
- Assist the sales department with completing sales orders
- Organize items in the stock room for easy access and retrieval
- Receiving deliveries and assisting with stock pickups from supplier warehouse
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in warehouse management and/or stock management is a plus
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experienced in using Microsoft Excel and Word; familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus
- Physically able to carry and lift heavy objects
- High school graduate
- Can work from Monday to Saturday, full-time
- Team player and can multi-task
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php645.00 per day
